This really can be prepared in the microwave in the Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker (or Rockcrok) in 10-15 minutes! It’s super simple. Make the cake batter as directed on the box. Pour into the butter-greased baker. Scoop the icing on top. Microwave 10-15 minutes. That’s it.

- Chocolate Icing
- Butter to Grease the Baker
- Grease the baker with butter.
- Make the cake batter.
- Pour into baker.
- Scoop spoonfuls of icing on top.
- Do not cover baker.
- Microwave 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
