Am I the only one who does this? I don’t use any fancy fruit-saving containers in my kitchen. I just use common plastic storage containers. And when I rinse my blueberries and grapes and throw them in the container I notice that the ones on the bottom end up a bit mushy from the water after a day or so. I started lining the very bottom with a folded paper towel and it seems to have made the berries and grapes last a lot longer – if the kids don’t devour them first.

hey – I rinse my grape and leave them in a colander with a paper towel underneath in the fridge. I do not rinse blueberries until just before we eat them. Because I know you were just dying to know what I do! lol
