And they are SO easy and SO yummy.
You only need 4 ingredients:
Devil’s Food Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Rolos
Mix the first three ingredients (I used a mixer).
Shape (very sticky) dough into a SMALL ball around the unwrapped rolo.
You want the rolo to be the majority so that it oozes out into the entire cookie!
Bake for 7-10 minutes on 350 depending upon your oven.
Let them sit a few minutes before transferring them to cool.
If you have the secret 5th ingredient handy…
dust with some powdered sugar for extra pizazz.
Just made these! Served warm with a dollop of cool whip = heaven!
