- 2-4 lb Pork Roast
- 1 bottle Goya Mojo marinade
- Tortillas Shells
- Red Onion
- Sour Cream
- Place pork roast in the crock-pot.
- Pour entire bottle of Goya Mojo marinade over the pork.
- Cook on low for about 8-10 hours depending on your crock-pot.
- Shred pork. The Pampered Chef Mix 'n Chop works best.
- Add pork on a tortilla garnished with red onion, cheese, sour cream and freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Top with cilantro and enjoy!
