Tonight is our annual Dinner That Would Kill Your Kids. Yep, you read that right. If you were reading last year, you heard about it HERE first. If you are newer to the blog or missed that post, here’s the basics. We have four families in our lives that have kids with severe peanut allergies. So, Andy and I make them get a babysitter one night each year and we stuff the parents silly with peanutty things before wiping them down and sending them home.
The main dish has always been chicken pad thai loaded with chopped peanuts. But I usually try to switch up the dessert each year. This morning I was prepping for this year’s finale by cutting up some mini peanut butter cups. More on that recipe to come. Hopefully it turns out as yummy as it looks and sounds.
