- One 8 oz. Cream Cheese Cut Into Cubes
- 2-3 15 oz. Cans of Italian Diced Tomatoes
- One Bag or Container of Spinach
- Cooked Chicken (one rotisserie chicken works well)
- One Bag Frozen Cheese Tortellini Pasta (I've tried multiple brands and they were all fine - buy whatever is on sale!)
- Sit tortellini pasta on counter
- Melt together in a large pot or slow cooker: the chicken broth, cream cheese, and tomatoes
- Add spinach and the cooked chicken
- Add the bag of partially thawed tortellini pasta
- Continue heating until pasta thawed and enjoy
