3 Ingredient Slow Cooker Apple Spice Dessert

This is a great fix-it-and-forget-it dessert recipe that can bake while you are preparing and enjoying dinner first. There are hundreds of this exact recipe posted, but I wanted to catalog it here for my own use. Google it for variations. Some will say to use Pecan Cake Mix. Others will say 2 sticks of butter. You can cut the butter more or even mix it into the cake mix. So many ways to modify this recipe. I did the following and everyone loved it.

DIY Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

Brown Sugar Blondies for Valentine’s Day

I got this recipe from the Baked Perfection blog a few years ago which was adapted from allrecipes.com. At a friend’s suggestion, I doubled the recipe to fit a 13 x 9 pan. (Don’t double what is shown below! It’s already doubled.) And since I was making it for an event on the eve of

Toffee Apple Dip

Toffee Apple Dip

It’s a cool, cloudy day here. Definitely feels like fall. And the kids have been munching on apples all week. I was reminded of this yummy recipe that’s hidden over on my old Tastes from Tricia’s Table blog. Might just have to whip up some Toffee Apple Dip over the weekend. There are a lot

S’Mores Bars

S’Mores Bars

A friend recently brought these S’mores bars to our house. They were devoured by everyone. And they are peanut-free! She was kind enough to share the recipe. I made them in a 9 x 13 pan, but highly recommend a larger 10 x 15 pan. Mine still tasted yummy, but were “tall”. Very tall.

Peanut Butter Cup Trifle

Peanut Butter Cup Trifle

If you’ve followed along this week you know that we ate everything peanuts/peanut butter on Saturday night. The dessert was definitely not healthy one bit. It was rich and creamy and chocolaty and full of bites of peanut butter goodness. And I must thank The Girl Who Ate Everything for this recipe. The great thing

Do you love brownies? Do you need to take your brownies up a notch? Do you love Rolos? All you need in order to add a little extra to your brownies is one bag of the Rolo minis. Well, I also suggest some parchment paper. And I did spray mine with some non-stick spray. Make
