This sandwich is perfect for many occasions. You can easily make one and deliver it to someone who is in need of a meal. The great thing is that it can also be frozen! Make one to eat and one to freeze for later! It is also easy to modify – choose your own meat and cheese and toppings preferences.
- Bread (French or Ciabatta work well)
- Lunch Meat (Turkey, Ham, Salami)
- Cheese (Provolone)
- Dressing (Sturkey's)
- Arugula or Spinach
- Roasted Red Peppers
- Slice bread to make an open sandwich.
- Top with meats, cheeses, dressing and other toppings.
- Close up sandwich and wrap in foil.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes if thawed and 45-50 minutes if frozen.
