Chicken Tortellini Soup

Chicken Tortellini Soup
  • 32 oz. Chicken Broth (~ 2 cans)
  • One 8 oz. Cream Cheese Cut Into Cubes
  • 2-3 15 oz. Cans of Italian Diced Tomatoes
  • One Bag or Container of Spinach
  • Cooked Chicken (one rotisserie chicken works well)
  • One Bag Frozen Cheese Tortellini Pasta (I've tried multiple brands and they were all fine - buy whatever is on sale!)
  1. Sit tortellini pasta on counter
  2. Melt together in a large pot or slow cooker: the chicken broth, cream cheese, and tomatoes
  3. Add spinach and the cooked chicken
  4. Add the bag of partially thawed tortellini pasta
  5. Continue heating until pasta thawed and enjoy
I've only made it in my slow cooker. I let it simmer a couple of hours before serving.
