Ingredients
  • 2-4 lb Pork Roast
  • 1 bottle Goya Mojo marinade
  • Tortillas Shells
  • Red Onion
  • Cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Cilantro
  • Limes
Instructions
  1. Place pork roast in the crock-pot.
  2. Pour entire bottle of Goya Mojo marinade over the pork.
  3. Cook on low for about 8-10 hours depending on your crock-pot.
  4. Shred pork. The Pampered Chef Mix 'n Chop works best.
  5. Add pork on a tortilla garnished with red onion, cheese, sour cream and freshly squeezed lime juice.
  6. Top with cilantro and enjoy!
