The Simple Things: Sisters

Sometimes I think I am absolutely crazy for having the girls only 20 months apart.
But then I watch them interact and just LOVE on each other
(even if it’s only a few minutes each day)
and am so thankful that they are close in age.
They had a good time together last week in Michigan.
As shown above.

  1. Some days I think I’m crazy for having my boys 14 months apart too, but then I look at the moments we have like those pictures…and it’s great. But…still not so sure I would do it again. 🙂

  2. My sister and I are only 18 months apart. Lots of great memories and we are still great friends! Lovely photos of your two little girls!

  3. Just lovely! Relationships betweens siblings are so precious. In the middle our family of eight children we have twin girls, with the next child 21 months later. Lots of special moments!

  4. so true about the loving each other for only a day. I have two pairs one is also 20 months apart and the other is 23. It can be crazy but well worth it and there is nothing like close same sex siblings it is such a special bond.

  5. Oh just beautiful!! I love their closeness–it’s apparent in your photos 🙂 My kids are 18 months apart and sometimes I think I’m insane, but the older they get, the more fun they have. I know it’ll be worth the madness!

Thanks for coming by and commenting on my photos!

  6. So sweet. Our girls are 18 months apart and I can’t wait to see them interacting like your girls. I know we’ll have some sister bickering but I really hope they’re best friends.

  7. Awww, sweet photos! Looks like they are enjoying each other & I bet they’ll be life-long BFF’s.

    Hope you’re having a great day! 🙂

PS. I have a headband giveaway going on right now on my blog, feel free to come by and check it out 🙂

  8. Oh did those photos take me back. My daughters are 19 months apart and the oldest just turned 33. They have been the best of friends forever (with an occasional best of enemies thrown in for good measure). Treasure those times you have now, they will be over in the blink of an eye.

  9. i apologize if i comment twice…my comment disappeared as I was about to post it.. anyway, I LOVE the pics of your girls… my grand-daughters are 18 months apart and the are best buds. So much fun 🙂
